This morning at 6 AM CST Dec 5th, our two web servers smile and mercy were upgraded. Smile to PHP 7.3. Mercy with a much more substantial upgrade of its OS from NetBSD 7.2 to NetBSD 8.2 and upgraded packages for its web server software and supporting libraries and tools.

That system time is complete and all appears to be working.
