09/27 – core switch failure

At approximately 11:25 PM CDT our core switch failed, causing all networking at iCompute to stop working. At about 11:43 PM CDT,   a backup switch was deployed, restoring full function. Therfore, from 11:25 PM CDT to 11:43 PM CDT, iCompute was completely down. We apologize for the outage.
