An apparent administrative error at roughly 9:30 PM CDT August 30th blacklisted a large portion of the IP space of the internet. This caused a large number of incoming emails to be refused by the email server.This problem also caused a “loop” between the mail server and smile. The problem was corrected at 9:15 AM CDT on August 31st. We apologize for the disruption.
