04/04 – email delays

At 11:29 PM CDT April 2nd, a service used to support anti-spam efforts blocked access, causing incoming email to be delayed.

This problem was reported and analyzed the morning of April 3rd.

At 12:07 PM CDT April 3rd, the problem was found and corrected.

The upgrade/change to the Red Condor/GoSecure anti-spam system was not the source of the problem.
