We are planning to upgrade our main web and shell server on Saturday morning November 11th between 6 and 10 AM CST. The hardware will be replaced with a newer and faster CPU, and the OS will be upgraded from NetBSD 7.2 to NetBSD 8.2. Every effort will be made to keep the service interruption(s) short, but the main web server (smile – web sites, mail list server, webmail, and shell access) will be unavailable for portions of the upgrade period.

Please contact us if this down time presents a hardship. Other services (email, DNS) should be unaffected.
