Our main upstream router has been running very well, but it was time to perform a firmware upgrade for both security reasons, and also to enhance its functionality.

To perform this upgrade the main router was down from 4:51 PM CDT to 4:57 PM CDT, then again at 6:06 PM CDT to 6:08 PM CDT, and from 6:15 PM CDT to 6:17 PM CDT
