Today at 10:22 PM CDT, our upstream connection failed, about the same time as local electrical power was lost. (The computers did not lose power, as they are protected by UPS backup power)
At 12:12 PM CDT upstream connectivity and power were restored.
Then, at 5:42 PM CDT upstream connectivity failed again, and at 5:57 PM CDT connectivity was restored.
