At some point before 6 AM CST on July 28th, our NFS server crashed with a bad hard disk. This caused  the web servers to crash as well, and your web sites were unavailable both to users and owners. i was initially unavailable to fix the server.

 Sunday evening about 11:58 PM CDT the disk was replaced and the NFS server brought back on line.

During the downtime, a small portion of our email service was also not working, for reasons that remain unclear. (No customers reported this, though I did experience it personally)

We are very sorry for the downtime.
