Hudson Vintage Neighborhood Association meeting notes 5/24/00

Our last block party meeting was at Wayne and Jean's home.

Attached are the notes: Thanks Karen for writing them up.

Our next meeting block party meeting was to be scheduled at our home on June 29th but my sister-in-law is having twins this Friday at 9:00 am (She hopes) and we will be out of town on the 29th.

I would like to have the meeting at our home but move the date back to the 27th (June) at 7:00pm.

Also, since this was written I have received a couple notes on the band.  It looks possible but we are still awaiting final confirmation.

"The meeting itself, it was short with only the Wylands, Hauts and Karen
attending.  The only thing we decided was that we would run the brat stand
August 8th weekend and also that we want the band to play however we have
to find money to pay for them.  Wayne has talked to Liz, the Alley Jax
owner, about setting up some activities for children and she has agreed to
do that. We also agreed not to have a banner for 2nd street since we can't
afford it this year."

That was about it.  If we get together on the 27th I would expect the same type of agenda, touch on a few items about the block party, say high and do a little more planning for the Brat stand and the meeting in July.
