Minutes of the
Meeting 10/26/99
Meeting convened at 7:10 p.m. at
Bethel Lutheran Church.
Karen Neset opened the meeting.
Old Business:

Karen Neset reported the new library
director has locked the history room due to security concerns. Karen stated that the librarian would need a
volunteer 2-3 days a week in order to have the room open. Alternately, the library will consider
taking drivers' licenses or library cards to let people use the room .

Laurie Wyland reported that Jerry
Washburn would continue the dialogue with the librarian regarding access issues
to the history room.
·
Lee Wyland stated that the contractor
database needs more records.

New Business:

Lee will e-mail members a listing of
members' e-mail addresses to

facilitate flow of information.

Karen Neset suggested changing
frequency of meetings to quarterly instead of monthly. The group voted on the proposal and the vote
was unanimous accepted. Meetings for
2000 will be on the following dates:
January 25th , April 25th, July 25th and October 29th.
