Meeting Minutes

January 21,2003

Location: Wayne and Jean Hauts

Present: Cheri Rosenberger, Lee and Laurie Wyland, Chuck Kummeth, Wayne and Jean Haut, Karen Neset, Geri Tressault, Scott O’Malley, Sam Nooger, Steve Anderson, Lance Fraser, Jody Lundberg

Presentation: Susan Watson , the Director of the River Falls Archives spoke to the group about the sources available in the archives for doing historical research. She also distributed lists of the kinds of sources available. These lists will be attached to these minutes.

Last meetings minutes were accepted as written.

Treasurer’s report. The treasurer stated that we have $413 in our bank account.

Old Business:

Cheri indicated she was working on the 2003 calendars and had now determined that she didn’t need permission from each home owner to photograph their home so that would speed up the completion.

Wayne indicated there would be another meeting for the Hot Air Affair the next week and he would email everyone when the date had been set for the meeting.

New Business:

Karen asked for nominees or volunteers for board positions for the 2003 year. There were no new nominees and everyone agreed to hold their current positions for the 2003 year.

The next meeting date was established for February 18 at Karen Nesets and David Estreens.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00pm.
