From 3:08 AM CDT to 5:09 AM CDT, our upstream connection failed. All access to web sites, email, and DNS was disabled. By 5:10 AM CDT, the problem was corrected, and service was restored. Incoming email may have been delayed up to two hours, but a two hour delay should not have caused any bounces. Outgoing email was delayed, but was not lost. Client connections to the mail server (IMAP and POP3) were not possible during this time.
